By day I’m in ad school, running, climbing, and working as a coffee barista.

By night I’m usually asleep.

SOCIAL MEDIA + EVENT PLANNING

Crux Rock Gym

〰️

Crux Rock Gym 〰️

When I moved to Eugene, Oregon, in September 2025, I started working at Crux Rock Gym while pursuing my M.A. in Advertising + Brand Responsibility full-time at the University of Oregon.

At Crux Rock Gym I work as a Front Desk Assistant and Cafe Barista, however also in September, I stepped into the Social Media Manager role. I joined during a period of rebranding and new management, which gave me the chance to work on café branding and social media content.

Halloween Eve (Queer Halloween) at Crux Rock Gym:

In the fall of 2025, I pitched and planned Crux Rock Gym’s first ever LGBTQ+ event. Hosting queer and women community events at the climbing gym helps create a more welcoming, comfortable space where everyone feels like they belong and can confidently be part of the community.

Fall Seasonal Beverages at Crux Rock Gym:

In the fall of 2025, I pitched and planned fall seasonal beverages at Crux Rock Gym.

I put together a seasonal drink menu with 5+ drinks that I developed and tested myself.

My favorite is the

Salted Maple Latte!

Event Graphics for Crux Rock Gym:

Crux Rock Gym has a lot of events that occur - from Women’s night, to seasonal sales, to Crux Leagues (a gamification of group climbing series). Below are some graphics that I created for events.

CNU Climbing Club

〰️

CNU Climbing Club 〰️

I co-founded the first ever rock climbing club at Christopher Newport University in the fall of 2023. I served as Social Media Chair for two years during my junior and senior year of undergrad. We collaborated with Latitude Climbing + Fitness to provide discounted memberships to club members. Serving as the Social Media Chair for the club was one of my first entry ways into my passion for social media, which later led to my interest in pursuing advertising full-time.

CNU Department of Communication

〰️

CNU Department of Communication 〰️

During my senior year of college I completed two one-year long internships. The first one was a Social Media Internship under Dr. Raffi Sarkissian. In this internship I created posts for the @cnucomm Instagram account and flyers for the bulletin boards.

I also completed an Alumni Marketing Internship with colleague, Colby Cook, under Dr. Alice Veksler. This was the first year that this internship took place, so I was also able to create a guidebook for future interns at the end of the semester.

Our goal was to emphasize how great the Communication major is and also raise money for a communication scholarship.

CNU Homecoming Tailgate

During the fall of 2024, I conducted research about gamification and raffle tickets through survey research to see what raffle prices were the most appealing.

I used this to sell raffle tickets for the ___ scholarship and I had a $500 budget to plan this tailgate which had the purpose of bringing positive awarness to the Department of Communication at Christopher Newport University.

CNU Women's Leadership Summit

〰️

CNU Women's Leadership Summit 〰️

I was part of the 2024 Women’s Leadership Summit Committee at Christopher Newport University, an annual leadership conference focused on empowering and connecting students. In past years, the Summit was known for its very pink, traditionally feminine branding, but I saw an opportunity to make it feel more inclusive and reflective of a broader audience.

I led the idea to shift the visual identity in a more gender-neutral direction and brought that to life by designing a new logo and building out a refreshed color palette. The goal was to keep the energy and purpose of the Summit, while modernizing the look to feel more welcoming, balanced, and representative of all attendees. This rebrand helped reposition the event without losing what made it meaningful.

HOBBIES

I’ve always been really into health and fitness, climbing, yoga, marathon training, and track.

I’ve used this account to share my spin classes (2025) and the CHAARG small groups I led in 2023. I’m Spinning® certified, so if an agency ever needs a lunch break workout class, I’m your person.

I’ve even led a session for interns at STIHL Inc. on workplace balance that turned into a yoga class.
