ENFJ, which apparently means “Protagonist.” Supposedly this type makes up about 2–3% of the population and tends to lead by inspiring other people, which makes sense because I am always trying to get everyone excited about an idea, a plan, or a project. ENFJs are known for being empathetic, future-focused, and good at bringing people together, which is probably why strategy feels natural to me. Good strategy is not just data, it is understanding people, reading the room, and getting others to believe in the same vision.

Leo, which explains why I like attention, big ideas, and being in charge of the vision. Leos are supposed to be confident, creative, and very opinionated, which is basically the exact personality type you want leading a brainstorm.

It’s inspired by the Toca Boca style, my habit of constantly doodling, my love of maximalist design, and a long-standing obsession with Andy Warhol. I tend to think in objects, colors, and scenes instead of clean grids, so building a room felt more natural than making a traditional portfolio. Every item in the space connects to a project, an idea, or something that influences how I think.

Because Andy Warhol made fruit iconic, I eat multiple bananas a day, and I have been a competitive distance runner since I was 12. I ran in college and I am training for my second marathon in fall 2026, so bananas are both brain fuel and leg fuel. My brain is always racing, my legs are usually racing, and the banana felt like the most accurate logo I could pick.

Because I am naturally optimistic. My brain automatically looks for what something could become instead of what it is right now. It makes everyday things more interesting, but it also helps in strategy, where the job is to see potential before anyone else does and then convince people it was there all along.

My favorite creative hobby at the moment is my weekly newsletter, Adalyn’s World Every Week (AWEW). I send it to my friends every week with stories, photos, and observations from whatever I have been doing lately. It started as a way to stay connected with my friends and family who are 3,000+ miles away but it also turned into a habit of paying attention to details and telling stories.

The entire rainbow, but with a very curated palette. I am a big thrifter and tend to collect the same shades of browns, reds, blues, and other colors that I cannot stop picking up. I love curating things, whether it is clothes, objects, or ideas, so being a maximalist does not mean random to me. It just means more colors to work with. Because of that, the rainbow feels like the only correct answer.

I packed my life into a small, slightly busted car and drove from Virginia to Eugene, Oregon to pursue my master’s in Advertising and Brand Responsibility. I have always valued travel, new experiences, and learning from different people, so leaving my home state felt necessary, even though I love my friends and family a lot. Moving across the country was a little scary, but I knew I wanted to be in an environment that pushed me creatively and personally. I still go out of my way to stay connected with the people back home, which is probably why I send a weekly newsletter whether anyone asked for it or not.
